Quotes
All quotes provided by ODO Building Services are free and given without obligation. Quotes are typically valid for 30 days and are based on the information and access available at the time of survey. Any changes to the scope of work discovered once work has begun may affect the final price, and we will always discuss this with you before proceeding.
Bookings & deposits
For larger jobs, a deposit may be requested to secure a start date. The remaining balance is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Work standards
All electrical work is carried out in accordance with BS 7671 (the UK wiring regulations) and relevant Building Regulations (Part P). Every applicable job is tested and a certificate provided on completion.
Cancellations
We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a booked appointment. Repeated late cancellations may be subject to a call-out charge.
Warranty
Workmanship is guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months from completion, in addition to any manufacturer warranty on materials and equipment supplied.
Liability
ODO Building Services holds full public liability insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing faults or damage not caused by our work, or for issues arising from work carried out by others after our job is complete.
